(TSXV:CTN) ("Centurion", or the "Company") announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement for up to $200,000 priced at $.05/Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one 2-year common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $0.10 for the first year and at $0.15 for the second year following the closing. Closing will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and any shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
