Corn Slightly Higher

Corn futures are trading a little higher early Thursday morning. May Corn is trading at 377, up 2 1/2 cents. July Corn is trading at 385, up 2 1/4 cents. December Corn is trading at 402, up 2 cents. Uncertainty over plantings and weather has led to some buying. USDA weekly corn weekly export sales are estimated to be 600,000 tons. Market chatter about estimates for corn planted area of 88 million bushels and ending stocks for the season at a little over 1.3 billion bushels is making the rounds.
