Gold Futures Make New Low For Recent Slide, Attempts To Rebound

December Gold futures are trading lower by $0.60 at $1068 in Wednesday's session. In after-hours trading on Tuesday, it breached its former low of the move made earlier in the day at ($064.60), reaching $1062 before staging a rebound. The ensuing rally has taken the contract beyond Tuesday's close ($1068.6), reaching $1071.50. Since making that high it has been attempting reclaim the close but has struggled to do so.
