Twitter Confirms Service Is Fully Restored, But Investors Don't Seem To Care

Twitter Inc TWTR confirmed at 10:00 a.m. PST on Tuesday that an intermittent issue that affected "some users" earlier in the day has been resolved. The company noted that the issue was related to an "internal code change" which has since been fully fixed.
