  • Alliance Data Systems Corporation ADS fell 5.1 percent to $201.10. Credit Suisse downgraded Alliance Data Systems from Neutral to Underperform and lowered the price target from $233.00 to $190.00.
  • INC Research Holdings Inc INCR shares fell 3.2 percent to $43.94. INC Research reported a secondary offering of 4.5 million shares common stock.
  • ASML Holding NV (ADR) ASML fell 2.8 percent to $105.01 in pre-market trading. Bank of America downgraded ASML Holding from Buy to Neutral.
