Essex Rental Corp. to Commence Trading on Nasdaq Capital Market

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Essex Rental Corp. ERNT (together with its subsidiaries, “Essex” or “the Company”) today announced that it has received approval to list its common stock, common stock purchase warrants, and units on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Essex anticipates that these securities will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, under the symbols ESSX, ESSXW, and ESSXU, respectively. Until that time, Essex’s securities will continue to trade on the OTCBB under the symbols ERNT, ERNTW and ERNTU.
