Praxair Declares Dividend in Fourth Quarter 2012

The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. PX has declared a quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on December 17, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 7, 2012.
