dunnhumby Selects the IXIASOFT DITA CMS to Manage and Dynamically Deliver DITA Content

MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwire - Oct. 29, 2012) - IXIASOFT, the XML component content management market leader, announced today that dunnhumby, the leading UK-based retail media group, had selected the IXIASOFT DITA CMS to manage their entire DITA-based documentation. Additionally, this will be the first deployment of the IXIASOFT DITA CMS integrated with a high performance dynamic publishing framework supplied by Mekon Ltd, to provide end-to-end dynamic delivery of DITA content.

Based in the UK, dunnhumby is the global leader in personalizing the customer's experience of retailers and brands. As a subsidiary of Tesco, the company employs over 2000 people worldwide, and they are probably best known for creating the Tesco Clubcard, a loyalty card with over 38 million global members. With Mekon as their DITA consulting partner, dunnhumby made their decision to move to DITA to support a growing demand in the delivery of personalized and language-specific documentation, for an increasing number of product lines.     standard including keyrefs which are key to the dunnhumby deployment -

    allow dunnhumby to deliver accurate, personalized information in a
