Genie Energy Ltd., GNE a leading independent retail energy provider and a developer of unconventional energy projects, will announce financial results for the third quarter of 2012 (the three months ended September 30th) on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.

On November 13th, Genie Energy will issue the earnings release at 7:30 AM Eastern. The earnings release will also be posted in the “Investors” section of the Genie Energy website (www.genie.com/investors) and filed in a current report (Form 8-K) with the S.E.C. At 8:30 AM Eastern, Genie Energy's management will host a conference call to discuss financial and operational results, business outlook and strategy.
