NIRI Elects Four New Board Members

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) announced that at its annual meeting today, NIRI members elected the following four new directors: Anne Guimard, President, FINEO Investor Relations Advisors; Dennie Kimbrough, Investor Relations Manager, Microsoft Corporation MSFT; Felise Kissell, Vice President, Investor Relations, HSN, Inc. HSNI; and Moriah Shilton, Senior Director, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, Tessera Technologies, Inc. TSRA. NIRI board members serve four year terms.

New Board Members

Anne Guimard is President of FINEO Investor Relations Advisors, an investor relations advisory firm she founded in 1999 with offices in London, Paris and Johannesburg. Anne has over 15 years of experience as a Chief Investor Relations Officer at multi-listed groups and as financial analyst in equity research and mergers & acquisitions on international capital markets. She has developed FINEO's proprietary training courses and opened The School of Investor Relations in 2010. Anne has authored several books on investor relations and regularly speaks at international seminars on the subject. She is a member of the Investor Relations Society in the UK and the French Securities Analysts' Association. Anne has been very involved in a variety of NIRI programs. She served on the NIRI Annual Conference Steering Committee for three years, and received the NIRI National Volunteer of the Year Award in 2011. A Certified Financial Analyst, Anne also holds a PhD in international finance from the University of Dauphine in Paris France.

Dennie Kimbrough is Manager, Investor Relations for Microsoft Corporation. An experienced investor relations professional, Dennie has worked in the investor relations field since 1994. Serving on the Microsoft investor relations team for over 13 years, she specializes in shareholder services. In addition, her responsibilities include communications with retail shareholders, managing the investor relations website, corporate governance and shareholder analysis. Prior to this, Dennie held investor relations roles with Thomson Financial Investor Relations, and as an Account Executive with Beacon Hill Partners, Inc. An active member of NIRI, she currently serves on the board of the Seattle chapter, and has been a member of the NIRI Annual Conference Steering Committee for two years. Dennie received her BA from Boston University.

Felise Kissell is Vice President of Investor Relations at interactive multi-channel retailer, HSN, Inc., which has been awarded numerous acknowledgements for its investor relations practices. She joined the company in November 2008. Felise has over 20 years of investor relations and capital markets expertise. Prior to HSNi, Felise was Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Maidenform Brands, Inc., and Vice President, Investor Relations and Finance for AFC Enterprises. In 2002, Felise was an Adjunct Professor at the Management Institute School of Continuing and Professional Studies at New York University where she developed a course on capital markets and influences on investor relations. Previously, Felise served as a Senior Advisor with Thomson Financial in their Global Consulting practice. Felise began her investor relations career with The Carson Group, a capital markets services firm, where she served as Managing Director and Partner. Felise received her bachelor's degree from Colby College which included a special grant to study at the Gustav Mahler Society in Vienna, Austria. She received her Executive MBA from Fordham University. Felise serves on the NIRI New York chapter Board, and is a past chapter President. She co-chaired the 2012 NIRI Annual Conference. Felise also serves on the MIR Advisory Council for Fordham University's Graduate School of Business.

Moriah Shilton is Senior Director, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, Tessera Technologies, Inc., a holding company with operating subsidiaries in two segments: Intellectual Property and DigitalOptics. She has more than 15 years business and legal experience, including over 10 years in investor relations. At Tessera, Moriah is responsible for the company's investor relations program, and starting in 2012, heads up the corporate communications program as well. Prior to Tessera, Moriah was Vice President at LHA, a leading independent investor relations firm, where she managed multiple investor relations programs for small cap technology companies. Moriah graduated with honors from Dartmouth College. Her post graduate work includes financial and accounting courses at UC Berkeley Extension. She is a Board Member of NIRI Silicon Valley, where she is Program Co-chair. She was on the 2011-2012 NIRI Annual Conference Steering Committee and has spoken at numerous NIRI events.
