Archrock Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, July 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. AROC ("Archrock") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.132 per share of common stock, or $0.528 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on August 14, 2018 to all stockholders of record on August 7, 2018.

The second quarter 2018 dividend represents an increase of 10 percent over the first quarter 2018 dividend of $0.12 per share.
