A 310-seat luxury iPic® theater including a bar/restaurant is planned to open at LBA Realty's premier mixed-use office campus, Park Place, next year. The theater will serve as an anchor tenant replacing the former Sport Chalet and adjacent restaurant space located at 2983 Michelson Dr, Irvine, CA 92612.
