In 2006, Kirshenbaum joined Sandler Training where she focused specifically on strategy development, structure, and support; evaluation of current staff and identification of high potential sales candidates; and training to increase the effectiveness of sales and sales management staff. She was recognized by Sandler as a consistent national top producer, serving as a coach and mentor to entrepreneurs, and was a recipient of Sandler's Platinum award and multiple Gold awards.
