Jacob Securities to Concentrate on Market-Leading Advisory Services

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 18, 2015) - Jacob Securities Inc. ("JSI") announced today that as of January 4, 2016 it will transition to become Jacob Capital Management Inc. ("JCM") to continue its investment banking and advisory services leadership in identifying emerging market opportunities in highly regulated sectors.

Jacob Capital Management will be a non-IIROC regulated business, and as such intends to focus solely on its core strengths in investment banking advisory services while divesting of its interests in retail and trading platforms.
