The euro is down in trading today as worries about the crisis in Greece increased. The 16-nation currency reached a fresh one-week low against the U.S. dollar. The euro was down 0.4% to 1.3337 against the dollar and 0.4% to 125.08 against the Japanese yen. The euro fell by 1.2% against the Japanese yen on Tuesday. In New York, the ProShares Ultra Euro (ETF) (NYSE: ULE) closed at $26.27 in trading on Tuesday. Stuart Bennett, senior FX strategist at Credit Agricole, said, “"Renewed uncertainty over Greece is hurting an already jittery euro."
