KBW Revises PT and EPS Estimates Of American Campus Communities

According to KBW, American Campus Communities ACC, PT and EPS estimates have been revised. KBW reported an increase in EPS estimates from $1.73 to $1.76 for FY11 and from $1.95 to $1.96 for FY12. PT has been changed to $41.00 and rating is being maintained as Market Perform. ACC closed yesterday at $36.85.
