• Fred's, Inc. FRED named Joseph Anto as interim CEO after announcing the resignation of its CEO Michael Bloom. Fred's shares fell 0.68 percent to $2.90 in the after-hours trading session.
• Before the markets open, Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated PEG is projected to post quarterly earnings at $0.99 per share on revenue of $2.91 billion. Public Service Enterprise shares rose 0.72 percent to close at $51.53 on Friday.
