UDR Increase Quarterly Dividend from $0.185 to $0.20

UDR, Inc. UDR today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock for the second quarter of 2011 in the amount of $0.20 per share, payable in cash, on August 1, 2011 to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of July 11, 2011. The August 1st dividend will be the 155th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company on its common stock.
