Acacia Announces License and Settlement Agreement with UDP Americas

Acacia Research ACTG announced today that its Criminal Activity Surveillance, LLC subsidiary has entered into a license and settlement agreement with UDP Americas, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. See full press release
