J.P. Morgan Maintains Underweight Rating On Dell (DELL)

In a research report released today, analysts at J.P. Morgan reiterated their Underweight rating on shares of Dell DELL. They wrote, "we expect Dell's enterprise exposure to provide a partial buffer to slowing consumer spending in the U.S. and China. Enterprise should help for the remainder of C2010, but a risk is whether government demand spins-out." Despite maintaining their Underweight rating on the shares, the analysts raised their estimates for DELL. They wrote, "our revised July quarter revenue and EPS estimates are $15.36 billion and $0.32, versus $15.27 billion and $0.31 previously. The Street consensus is at $15.19 billion and $0.30." J.P. Morgan has a $15.50 price target on DELL. During today's trading session, DELL shares have fallen 3% to $12.59.
