Stocks To Watch For June 3, 2014

Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are: Wall Street expects G-III Apparel Group GIII to report a Q1 loss at $0.15 per share on revenue of $346.13 million. G-III Apparel shares surged 3.55% to close at $75.92 yesterday. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts KKD reported weaker-than-expected first-quarter revenue and cut its FY15 outlook. Krispy Kreme posted its adjusted earnings of $0.23 per share on revenue of $121.6 million. Krispy Kreme shares tumbled 10.47% to $17.01 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Ascena Retail Group ASNA to have earned $0.19 per share on revenue of $1.17 billion in the third quarter. Ascena Retail shares dropped 0.99% to close at $16.53 yesterday. Quiksilver ZQK posted a loss in the fiscal second quarter and issued a weak forecast. Quiksilver posted an adjusted loss of $0.15 per share on revenue of $408 million. However, analysts were expecting a loss of $0.02 per share on revenue of $449 million. Quiksilver shares dipped 29.71% to $4.07 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Mattress Firm Holding MFRM to post its Q1 earnings at $0.36 per share on revenue of $336.83 million. Mattress Firm shares gained 2.16% to close at $45.83 yesterday. HealthSouth HLS lifted its ownership stake of Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, from 50% to 80% and raised its FY14 guidance. HealthSouth shares declined 0.80% to close at $34.84 yesterday.
