Sandisk Hopes To Bank On Apple's Success

Apple AAPL products always seem to be the hottest on the market. Apple stock shows how much success these innovations have brought the company as they continue to awe consumers and impress investors. Most recently, they crush earnings and look for another stellar performance this quarter. With Apple raking in the cash, one would think their suppliers would stay busy as well. One important provider or Apple's flash memory is SanDisk SNDK. SanDisk designs and manufactures data solutions such as flash storage. Recently SanDisk has been getting a lot of attention as they are a large supplier to Apple with the iPad line as well as iPods, which are Apple's best seller. With the iPod refresh and the popularity of the iPad SanDisk looks to get a pop from the demand. Morgan Stanley predicts Apple will sell more than 10 million iPads this year. Aside from Apple, SanDisk also work in conjunction with Samsung and is in Blackberry devices among others. Sandisk is the first name in flash memory, which are used in cameras, cell phones, computers, netbooks, and USB devices. SanDisk could see potential upside from these gadgets.
