COMFORCE Corporation Reports Third Quarter EPS Of $.07

COMFORCE CFS reported net income of $2.3 million for the third quarter of 2010, compared to $1.1 million for the third quarter of 2009. Net income available to common stockholders for the third quarter of 2010 was $2.1 million, or $0.12 per basic share and $0.07 per diluted share, compared to $804,000, or $0.05 per basic share and $0.03 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2009. The Company reported revenues rose 22.8% to $171.6 million for the third quarter of 2010, compared to revenues of $139.7 million for the third quarter of 2009. Sequentially, revenues for the third of quarter 2010 improved 4.9% from the prior quarter.
