BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- First Potomac Realty Trust FPO, a leading owner and operator of office and business park properties in the greater Washington D.C. region, today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend, which equates to an annualized rate of $0.60 per share, is payable on February 16, 2016 to common shareholders of record on February 9, 2016.

The Board of Trustees has also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.484375 per share on the Company's Series A Preferred Shares, payable on February 16, 2016, to Series A preferred shareholders of record on February 9, 2016.
