Jon Najarian just said on CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Show that acquisition rumors are swirling around Commercial Metals Company CMC. Najarian also mentioned that Carl Icahn has a significant position in the name and that he still is an aggressive buyer. The speculation is that an East Coast buyer is interested in CMC. The stock has jumped on Najarian's comments and is currently trading 4.82% higher at $16.74.
