The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company CMC has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record on January 3, 2011. The dividend will be paid on January 17, 2011. This is the 185th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
