Wheat Futures Little Changed

December Chicago Wheat is trading at 397 1/2 , down 1 1/2 cents/bushel. March Chicago Wheat is trading at 420 1/2, down 1 1/4 cents/bushel. December Kansas City Wheat is trading at 416 1/4, down 1 cent/bushel. Wheat futures are trading steady to a little lower. The USDA reported on Thursday that wheat export sales as of September 22nd are now 54.3 percent of the agency forecast versus the five year average of 53.1 percent. The European Union (EU) issued export licenses for 468,000 tonnes of wheat during the week, EU exports for the marketing year are now 6.35 million tonnes versus 5.2 million tonnes a year ago.
