Chairman James Hurlock and Founder James Sherwood to Retire From Orient-Express Board

Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. OEH today announced that Chairman James B. Hurlock, 77, and Founder, former Chairman and Director James B. Sherwood, 77, will retire from the Board at the end of their current terms and will not stand for re-election at the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on June 9, 2011. Sherwood will become Founder & Chairman Emeritus.
