Allscripts MDRX today will announce the completion of the merger of Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. with Eclipsys Corporation. Allscripts is one of the largest companies focused exclusively on healthcare information technology, with over 5,500 employees and combined 2009 pro forma revenues of approximately $1.2 billion.
