Hewlett-Packard Wins, Maybe Loses

Dell DELL has confirmed that it will not revise it's bid for 3Par PAR and thus Hewlett-Packard HPQ will likely get 3Par for $33. Hewlett-Packard is paying a big premium for 3Par from what it was trading at just a month ago.
