Jim is a long time futures markets professional. He started his career immediately after high school on the floor of the CBOT’s US Treasury Bond Futures pit which was at the time the largest futures trading pit in the US.

With the onset of the online trading phenomenon in the 90’s Jim worked as a commodity consultant for many FCM’s and Futures Brokerage firms.

He joined Infinity Futures in 2001 as a commodity broker on worked in this capacity continuously into 2021. In this period Infinity Futures merged with Transact Futures (an FCM) adding to his sell side experience. During his tenure at Infinity and Transact, Jim spearheaded the education effort while conducting numerous online and in person seminars.

In 2021 Jim became the Senior Education & Training Specialist at NinjaTrader and focuses on various education initiatives on CME Group Futures Markets.

Jim’s formal education includes an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and an Master of Business Administration in finance.
