Rainbow Realty Group is real estate financier for cannabis companies operating in the United States.  Its management has 60 years’ real estate experience and 11 years’ cannabis experience.  Rainbow offers two products: 1) long-term (10-15 year) sale-leasebacks and 2) short-term (2-4 years) mortgages.  Rainbow’s underwriting is based on non-cannabis real property values.  Accordingly, Rainbow is low-leverage and low-interest rate vs its peers.  Rainbow has raised $75m in equity capital to date and is raising a second $75m fund now.
