Amber D. Lengacher has been in the cannabis industry since 2017 and is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion. After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. Lengacher moved to Colorado to begin her legal career at Vicente LLP. Then in 2020, Ms. Lengacher began working as in-house Licensing Manager at Trulieve, an industry-leading multi-state cannabis operator, where she was quickly promoted to Corporate Counsel. Ms. Lengacher has worked with countless cannabis business owners to help them realize their goals.
Since founding Purple Circle, Ms. Lengacher undertook pro bono efforts with Last Prisoner Project, BIPOCann, the Illinois Independent Cannabis Transporters Association (IICTA), the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade’s Cannabis Business Office (CBO), and more. Last year, Ms. Lengacher served as a pro bono lobbyist for the IICTA and helped get life-line legislation passed in IL to help struggling independent transporters there. She also volunteered with the CBO to help grade social equity grant applications and to serve as a participating-subject matter compliance expert in their Access to Experts Program.
