Bardia Dejban, President and CEO of KlickTrack, has combined hands-on entrepreneurial, SaaS and enterprise software experiences that have helped him shape a philosophy of autonomy, transparency and simplicity. These traits serve as a catalyst to create world-class digital offerings for customers that capitalize on market opportunities and deliver maximum shareholder return.

He programmed his first commerce sites and founded his first web design company when he was 17. Since then, Bardia has founded multiple companies, including a multi-million dollar creative agency, Lolay, that he successfully exited. Bardia’s engagements at Board level have focused upon complex financial matters and corporate governance, and he has helped companies reposition to address changing market conditions, including fundraising and acquisition programs. He is proud to have supported organic growth, corporate refocus and market diversification. He is on the advisory board of several startups in Los Angeles and San Francisco and has served as a mentor to entrepreneurs at Pepperdine and Cal Lutheran Universities.

His professional experience includes time at companies such as Volusion, eHarmony, Intuit and IAC. He’s directly helped launch over 150 software and SaaS products with full go-to-market strategies, collectively totaling $3b+ in annual revenue, for companies such as Alibaba, Gifts.com, OpenTable, Hearst Corporation, Citrix, Evite, Kaiser Permanente, Thomson Reuters, eHarmony, Intuit, and IAC. He has helped shape company culture, raise capital, define and execute a north star vision, and assemble high-performing leadership teams that are aligned with key stakeholders through a well-defined operating system. He is also a named inventor on several issued design and utility patents.

Bardia is extremely passionate about driving positive change in organizations and fundamentally believes that people should always be the number one priority in every case;customers, employees and shareholders alike. Bardia holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. In his free time he likes to be with his family, travel, be outdoors (hike, bike, walk), and solve problems he encounters during the week.
