Bryna advises clients nationwide on regulatory compliance, risk avoidance, company formation, licensing, corporate and transactional matters, advertising, product packaging, brand strategy, and intellectual property protection. Bryna is a skilled trial lawyer with experience representing prominent companies in high-profile cases across various industries. She co-founded the first cannabis law firm in Illinois and serves as pro bono counsel to the Chicago chapter of NORML. She is a founding member of the Illinois Cannabis Bar Association and a member of several cannabis industry associations. Bryna has lectured nationwide on cannabis law, taught Illinois’ first law course on cannabis, and is nationally ranked for cannabis law.
