Erik Sloane is an innovator in financial markets and one of the driving forces behind Cboe’s Global Listing experience. He is responsible for fueling growth by working closely with capital-raising companies, asset managers, sell-side firms, buy-side firms, and other industry stakeholders powering the purpose-driven Innovation Economy.

From its inception, Erik helped define and implement the foundational NEO stock exchange and fund distribution platforms, serving in senior roles, including Head of Funds & Trading and Head of Product Management. NEO was acquired by Cboe Global Markets in 2022 and was rebranded to Cboe Canada in 2023.
