Howard Luckoff is Co-Founder and CEO of New Standard, a vertically integrated cannabis company, which includes an interest in 9 cannabis provisioning centers. New Standard’s flagship provisioning center opened in Hazel Park in 2020.
Before entering the cannabis space and following an illustrative career as senior partner at the Detroit-based law firms of Dykema, Gossett and Honigman, Miller, Schwartz and Cohn, Howard joined his long-term client, Dan Gilbert, as the General Counsel of Bedrock Real Estate Services LLC and Rock Ventures LLC.
While practicing law, Howard was continuously listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America, Michigan Super Lawyers, and DBusiness “Top Lawyers.”
Howard has lectured for numerous audiences, including the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and local, regional and national events presented by the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Howard is a 1987 summa cum laude graduate of Detroit College Law (now Michigan State University).
