James Mallios is a founding partner of Charlie Fox and Civetta Hospitality.

Civetta Hospitality owns and operates several restaurants in New York including Calissa (Southampton) and Amali (Upper East Side). Civetta also advises Fortune 500 hotel chains and real estate developers on hospitality related matters. CIvetta Hospitality has received commendations from President Barack Obama, The Ford Foundation and the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Human Rights for its sustainable business practices.

James attended Cornell University and Fordham Law School. He has served as a board member for the Bronx High School of Science, NYC Hospitaliity Allliance and NYC Hospiitality Council and is a frequent commentator on the Today Show, FOX Business and 92nd Street Y.
