James has 20 years of executive experience in biology, biomimicry, chemistry, engineering, ingredient, and product development, and he has traveled to over 80 countries for business (and some for pleasure). He developed and commercialized over 332 natural ingredients and products during his entrepreneurial career, from clean energy and biopolymers to food, flavor, and fragrance. He successfully exited the company he founded. In the last few years, his focus shifted to structures and organizations that cultivate creativity and innovation and embrace freedom and change management.
