Jeff Wells is the chief visionary officer of Metrc, the most trusted and experienced provider of cannabis regulatory systems in the United States. Wells is the co-founder of Metrc’s precursor, Franwell, and served as its CEO from 1993 until 2011. He also serves as the Chair of Metrc’s board. Jeff has spent more than 30 years in software development and more than 15 years in the development of RFID technology.
