Jim Kirsch is the President of A.G.P. and A.G.P. Canada and Leads the firm’s Global Consumer Investment Banking practice.

Over the last few years, Mr. Kirsch has been instrumental as the lead banker on many complex transactions, structuring and raising several billion dollars in capital markets transactions. Additionally, Mr. Kirsch has been active in numerous and sizeable M&A transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets and operating businesses, as well as public company mergers.

Jim is the 2022 recipient of the Benzinga Capital Award for Best Mergers and Acquisitions Banker. Recently Mr. Kirsch served as a financial advisor, to publicly traded companies in North America, for a value of more than three billion dollars. Jim has been highly active in domestic and cross border capital raises, working with international institutional investment funds investing in various public companies around the world, including, Europe, Israel, Columbia, and Canada.

Mr. Kirsch served three terms as a City Councilman, Chairman of the Finance Committee and Mayor Pro-Temp of the City of Highland Park, Illinois. Mr. Kirsch Graduated with academic honors with a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona. Jim is a seventeen-time triathlete and is active in numerous charitable and community activities. Jim holds a Finra series 24, 63, 79, SIE registrations and the Canadian Securities Institute Qualification for Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers.
