Since founding Rexis in 2021, Keith has led Rexis to become the world’s preeminent water-soluble ingredient manufacturer, specializing in Hemp, THC, Nicotine and Caffeine.

Prior to founding Rexis, Keith acted as Chairman and CEO of several international public and private corporations including NeutriSi Int. (TSX), Vauntcom Media / Cineplex Media). (CGX.TO), BOSCH and Virgin Entertainment Canada. Keith navigated the public listing process while generating 9 figure exists for shareholders.

Keith has made it his mission to bring cutting edge technology often reserved for pharmaceutical applications to consumer-packaged goods (CPG). Rexis uses its IP, patents and personnel to raise the bar on CPG products.  Keith has been pushing the hemp and cannabis industry to do better, produce better and move away from basement formulators, raising awareness through technology, quality products and ingredients.
