Larry Conrath is a Senior Vice President with over 20 years of insurance experience across the underwriting and brokerage sides of the business. Larry is a regional segment leader within HUB’s national cannabis practice. He spearheads account management efforts for HUB’s cannabis clients in coordinating efforts across the service teams and various HUB specialty practices within commercial & executive risks, transactional liability, and employee benefits & human capital.

Larry has an extensive background in complex risk including the specialty and executive risks segments. He was a founding member of HUB’s ProEx team and lead the building of a group of highly-experienced and specialized individuals within the management liability segments.

His areas of specialization include: IPO’s/SPAC’s, Private and Public Company D&O, M&A (Due Diligence, Program Integration, Run-off, Reps & Warranties/Transactional Risk products), Professional Liability & Cyber Liability. Prior to joining HUB, Larry was a Vice President for another top 5 global broker and an Account Executive for Travelers insurance.

Larry earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
