As Director of Sales for CCELL, Marc is responsible for evolving CCELL’s business model to adapt to the rapidly changing cannabis vaping environment.  Combining nearly a decade of Cannabis Sales, Marketing, and Operations experience has given Marc the necessary tools to shape CCELL into a more recognizable and approachable hardware supplier and remain the industry the leader in vapor hardware market share.

Marc specializes in optimizing business performance, increasing brand equity and building highly motivated, cross-functional teams. As a builder of powerful organizational partnerships, he uses active management, product expertise and broad financial acumen. Marc has proven experiences in building alliances, relationship management, and sales channel development. \n \n “I truly believe that my success comes from the fact that I am an intuitive professional with a relationship-based perspective adept at thriving in changing and creative environments. And because I have learned to ask the right questions, challenge convention, and not to take things too serious, my relationships with my clients is genuine.”

Marc has a 20+ year background in Sales and Sales Management with a long and successful career in the Action Sports Industry leading Sales at Burton Snowboards.  Additionally, Marc has used his CPG and Retail experience to launch several cannabis brands into the Washington market under the Privateer Holdings umbrella, including Marley Natural. Prior to CCELL, Marc was integral in building the PAX Ecosystem of products and brand partnerships across a wide variety of Western US States.
