Mark is a lawyer and successful health science entrepreneur. He has co-founder two $1B+ biotech companies: ID BioMedical Corporation (5th largest vaccine company in the world, sold to GSK for $1.4B) and Angiotech Pharmaceuticals (developed the first coated stent, peak valuation $3.4B). Mark Godsy is currently chairman (and past CEO ) of publicly listed Exro Technologies ($730M market cap), whose goal is to improve the efficiency of electric motors and generators. Mark serves on the advisory board for the Faculty of Law at McGill University.
