Michael Brosgart serves as President of ACTIVE™, a globally diversified manufacturer and distributor of innovative cannabis vaporizer technology. In this role, he focuses on driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic growth, and building a dynamic company culture that prioritizes both team performance and exceptional customer experiences.

With a strong foundation in finance, consumer goods, real estate, and global capital introduction, Michael is adept at scaling businesses and delivering results. Prior to joining ACTIVE™, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Arcview Group, connecting leading cannabis brands with investors and funds. His experience also includes roles in luxury consumer goods with Luxury Brand Partners and over a decade in Latin American finance, facilitating international investment opportunities for companies, regional banks, and governments.

Michael holds a degree in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University and is fluent in Spanish. Based in Berkeley, California, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching Little League, and exploring the beauty of California.
