Michael is the Founding Partner of Lineage Merchant Partners, where he has led the firm to establish itself as a leading cannabis investment banking firm with over $450 Million of transactions since it’s founding in 2021. He is actively involved in originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients which range from independently owned businesses to large public/private Multi-State Operators.

Prior to Lineage, Michael was a Partner with Jett Capital Advisors, a leading New York-based investment bank focused on the commodities sector where he was involved in all aspects of the deal cycle in transactions worth over $3 Billion. Michael began his career at Citigroup in New York as an analyst.

Mike graduated from Fordham University with degrees in Finance and Economics and holds FINRA Series 24, 79, 7, & 63.
