Michelle Ringold is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Business Administration. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor providing a variety of accounting and advisory services to a broad range of clients in construction, manufacturing, professional services, and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Ringold is highly respected for her financial knowledge and over 25 years’ experience in auditing, tax services, strategic financial planning, knowledge of operations and management, and expertise in a broad-range of accounting software.

Ms. Ringold grew up in Chicago’s Roseland Community where drugs affected her family and many others as well. She never imagined starting a cannabis business but feels blessed for having the opportunity. The more she and her husband learned about social equity regulations, they thought about the negative effects of drugs on their family and the Roseland community. They realized that the social equity guidelines fit them. So, they looked more into starting a cannabis business and decided this was something they were prepared to do. This was the impetus to start Galaxy Labs LLC and Galaxy Dispensary.

As a Managing Partner of Galaxy, Ms. Ringold and the Galaxy Team are committed to community and economic development as well as being examples of how social equity inclusion can be a win for everyone.

Galaxy opened a craft grow and dispensary in Richton Park. Recently, it became the first craft grower to receive state permission to expand from 5,000 square feet to the maximum allowed 14,000 square feet.
