Pete Crawford has recruited, managed, and automated people, processes, and platforms within service delivery, healthcare, hospitality, CPG, and SaaS organizations throughout his career. He has an innate affinity for modern software platforms and an observant, analytical, and collaborative leadership style. Seeing the infinite potential and dire need for process management in this nascent industry, Pete dove headfirst into the cannabis world in 2014.

From CEO of an edible and extract manufacturing startup to VP of Professional Services of a cannabis ERP software company and a myriad of consulting, advising, and technical roles therein—Pete was continually presented with a similar set of challenges.

Lack of time, resources, and easily identifiable professional networks to call upon makes it harder to run a cannabis company than other startups. Time and again, Pete craved some kind of technology to simplify this process.

So, he decided to build one. Drawing on decades of technical management experience and several years in multiple sectors of the cannabis industry, Pete set out to make the app he wished he’d always had. To expedite, elevate, and simplify the way cannabis businesses operate.
