Rebecca joined Acreage in 2019, following the acquisition of Oakland, CA-based CWG Botanicals, a company she founded. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in the cannabis industry, having served as President and CEO of multiple vertically integrated cannabis operations in California. She was one of the first operators to receive a cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, and distribution license in California and played an integral role in the formation and execution of Oakland’s Social Equity Incubator Program. Throughout her tenure with Acreage, Rebecca has led various go-to-market strategies, joint business ventures, and strategic planning and execution across the Company’s operational footprint. For over 30 years, Rebecca has been involved in grassroots cannabis advocacy initiatives to advance federal legalization and end the war on drugs.
